Mr. Kretchmer leads the Information Technology and Security division (Metropolitan Technologies) which designs state-of-the-art technology infrastructure & network systems, command & control centers, security, telecommunications and audiovisual display systems. He applies his talents to many successful high profile projects including initiatives at the Nation’s Homeland Security.
Mr. Kretchmer has worked on projects for financial institutions, colleges & universities, public (K-12) schools, major corporations, healthcare providers, as well as many federal, state and local government entities. Educated at UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Mark has completed training in outside plant methods & procedures, campus distribution & design, fiber optics & special applications in fiber optic construction, and LAN-WAN systems engineering. He has expertise in Cisco Networks, Juniper, IBM, HP and Dell design engineering.
Mr. Kretchmer has been a member of BICSI since 1988 and is a member of the International Society of Technology in Education. He holds EIT Certificates in New York and New Jersey and is certified in all phases of Fiber Optic engineering, installation and testing procedures, as well as all copper cabling for Category 5 & 6. In addition, Mark is experienced in testing and installing CATV cable.

Mel E. Lesperance, RCDD
Mr. Lesperance joined the firm in April 2006 as Vice President in charge of Florida projects operating from our satellite office in Tampa, Florida.
Mr. Lesperance has more then thirty years experience in telecommunications infrastructure and structured cabling system design and implementation and has worked for an industry leading US manufacturer of telecommunications products. During his career in the industry, he has designed literally thousands of infrastructure systems for many different types of clients including hospitals, universities, banks, stock market trading floors, as well as industrial and commercial buildings.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lesperance recently served as Executive Director of Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI), the professional association for telecommunications consultants and contractors. He has also been chair of the TIA-TR-42.6 Committee and has actively served on various Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) engineering committees that created our current United States Industry Standards for Telecommunications Infrastructure.
Mr. Lesperance has personally trained more than four thousand professional designers and installers of Information Transport Infrastructure and cabling systems in the U.S. and internationally.

Mr. Castellano is a leader in the telecommunications industry on projects that combine communication technology and security systems. He has played a crucial role in the development of custom and industry standard Technology installations.
Mr. Castellano has experience in the design of technology infrastructures, network systems & high-level security, telecommunications and audiovisual display systems. Mr. Castellano has an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Electromechanical Technologies from New York City Technical College. He has certifications that include Copper certified to Cat 6, Fiber certified, and Fluke Wireless Networking testing. Manufacturer’s certifications include Fluke,Ortronics, Leviton, Lucent, Panduit, Corning, and R.S. Means. Vincent is a registered RCDD(Registered Communications Distribution Designer) with BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International). He is a member of ASIS International, which is the largest organization for security professionals, and CSI (Construction Specifications Institute).
